# Insider Tips:

01 -
  • Perfect crispy skin every single time without any stovetop mess
  • Ready in under 15 minutes start to finish
  • Impossible to overcook when you follow the simple timing
02 -
  • Thicker fillets need the full 10 minutes while thinner ones might be done in 7
  • The salmon continues cooking slightly after you remove it from the air fryer
  • Dont overcrowd the basket or the air wont circulate properly for that crispy finish
03 -
  • Room temperature salmon cooks more evenly than cold from the fridge
  • Start checking for doneness at 7 minutes, especially for thinner pieces
