01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13 x 9 inch baking sheet or rectangular pizza pan with parchment paper or leave ungreased.
02 - Press sugar cookie dough evenly across the bottom of the prepared pan to form a smooth base.
03 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely in the pan.
04 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter together until creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
05 - Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust using a spatula.
06 - Place blueberries in the top-left corner to represent the flag’s star field. Alternate rows of sliced strawberries and bananas across the remaining space to create red and white flag stripes.
07 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving for clean slices and best presentation.
