Vanilla Banana Shake (Print Version)

Ripe bananas and vanilla blended with cold milk and maple syrup for a frothy, quick breakfast or cooling snack.

# What You Need:

→ Shake Base

01 - 2 ripe bananas, peeled
02 - 2 cups cold milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup ice cubes

→ Optional Garnish

06 - Whipped cream (optional)
07 - Banana slices (optional)
08 - Ground cinnamon to sprinkle (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Peel bananas and measure all ingredients accurately.
02 - Add bananas, milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until mixture is completely smooth and frothy, approximately 30 seconds.
04 - Taste and increase sweetener if desired for preferred flavor.
05 - Pour evenly into two chilled glasses.
06 - Top with whipped cream, banana slices, and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
