# Insider Tips:

01 -
  • The air fryer creates this incredible fluffy texture that oven baking sometimes misses, like a cloud of eggy perfection
  • You can literally use up whatever vegetables are languishing in your crisper drawer, making it zero-waste magic
02 -
  • Not all pans are air fryer safe—check yours is oven-safe and fits with at least an inch of clearance on all sides
  • Every air fryer runs differently, so start checking at 12 minutes to avoid overcooking that delicate texture
03 -
  • Let your vegetables sit in a colander for 10 minutes if they seem especially watery—excess moisture can make the frittata soggy
  • Sprinkle any extra cheese on top during the last 2 minutes of cooking for that gorgeous golden crust
